and air hockey. We were never bored for a minute. On our 2nd night there Don checked in which honestly warmed our hearts he just wanted to make sure we were having a good time! Everything we wanted was within 20 miles of the cabin.. and yet we were still secluded which was amazing. We zip lined and drove around the mountains where there were numerous pull offs to take walking tours. We loved the Island which provided plenty of souvenir shops. We did wine, whiskey and moonshine tastings and toured Ober Gatlinburg. Everything we did was based off the information we were sent right before our arrival. There was so much stuff to do we couldnt do it all so we decided we will just have to visit again..and soon! We wouldnt even bother looking up another cabin (maybe just the other one from the Wards) because we already got perfection so how can you top that? Everything about our trip was perfect and it all started with the warm welcome from the Wards and all their well researched information!

We did not realize how PERFECT this place would be when we booked our trip or we would have extended it MUCH longer. The reason we booked this cabin without looking at almost any other listings was because of how perfect the pictures made it seem. The second we got there we knew we made the right choice. Although there were only 2 of us traveling we had to have that view. And It did not disappoint at all. Waking up every morning and getting to look out on the mountains was magical. We spent much of our time on the decks just looking around. As night approaches watching the mountains light up with homes became like a game, "Did we see that home in the day?" "Is that a home light or a car?? Is it moving??" During our stay the Rangers were playing game 7 and we spent the night in the game room LOVING the huge tv and playing pool
