Our condo is a Penthouse unit at Kiva Dunes Golf and Beach Resort, a premier Golf and Beach resort, with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 5 balconies. Our unit is located on the sixth floor which is the top floor of the building. There are 23 units in the building and only 12 units are rentals so it is never crowed like your typical condo. You can also walk, ride, or bike to the new pool on the beach.
