This salt water pool can be heated in the chilly months or cooled in the heat of summer. The centerpiece of Kiva Beach Club is a pool surrounded by a sun deck and lounging chairs. The fully staffed bar and grill offers all the food and drink essentials for a day at the pool or beach. Download the Kiva Beach Club App and order your favorite beverage or food and have it delivered to you while you are relaxing on the beach. You can stay at the pool or beach all day because the Kiva Beach Club offers everything you need!

Kiva Dunes Golf and Beach Resort provides a free shuttle from our condo building to and from the 3 beach access points (Kiva Beach Club; East Boardwalk; West Boardwalk) from 10:00am to dusk each day from March to October. The shuttle ride takes 2 minutes from our building to the Kiva Beach Club and 2.5 minutes to the East Boardwalk.

Call to schedule a pick-up at our condo building and it drops you at the Kiva Beach Club or the 2 other beach access points. Call again when packing up and get picked up and driven back to our condo building. You can use the beach shuttle, walk, ride, or bike to the Kiva Beach Club.

Our condo is a Penthouse unit at Kiva Dunes Golf and Beach Resort, a premier Golf and Beach resort, with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 5 balconies. Our unit is located on the sixth floor which is the top floor of the building. There are 23 units in the building and only 12 units are rentals so it is never crowed and noisy like your typical condo.

Resort amenities include: a heated and cooled salt water pool directly on the beach and 3 other Pools (one is heated except during the summer season), Restaurant with full Bar, Fitness Room, Tennis Court, Business Center, and a world class Golf Course. Kiva Dunes Golf Course is in the top 3 ranked public courses in Alabama. Kiva Dunes Resort has the largest private beach in Alabama, with over 3,000 feet of beach frontage to enjoy. The sugar white sand is so beautiful against the gulf and blue sky. Located on a peninsula, you see the Kiva Dunes Golf Course, the Gulf, and Mobile Bay from our 5 balconies. Enjoy a secluded beach, with over 3,000 feet to swim or get that perfect tan without worrying about bumping into someone. It's like having your own private beach. This is a beautiful beach, away from the crowds, very relaxing and peaceful.

Watch a beautiful sunset or golfers playing the 18th hole as you sip a drink on a balcony overlooking the 18th fairway and green. Enjoy the privacy of the largest private beach in Alabama, away from the crowds, at Fort Morgan, Alabama. Take a tour of historical Fort Morgan or rent a kayak and kayak in Mobile Bay. Convenient to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach where you can enjoy Shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, numerous seafood Restaurants, THE WHARF, Water Park, Para Sailing, Jet Skis, world class Charter Boat Fishing, Dolphin Cruises, go Carts, Putt Putt Golf, and lots more!

Each of our 4 Bedrooms have Plush, Pillow top Mattresses, Luxury Sheets, HDTV's, Blu-ray DVD Players, and a Ceiling Fan. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor have Queen Beds with 32 inch HDTV's. The upstairs features 2 Master Bedroom Suites with King Beds, 40 or 46 inch HDTV, private Bathrooms with a Glass Tiled Shower, Jacuzzi Tub, Automatic Coffeemaker, a Balcony off of the Bedroom and the Bathroom. Fully equipped Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances: side by side Refrigerator, Glasstop Stove, Dishwasher, and Microwave. We also have a Keurig Coffee Brewer that makes one cup or 4 cups of your favorite brew, Automatic Coffeemaker, Blender, and Crock Pot. Our Dining table will seat 6 and a bar that will seat 2 additional people.

Watch your favorite movie or football team in High Definition programming on any of our 5 HDTV's We have a 55 inch HDTV in the Den with a Blu-ray DVD Player that downloads FREE Netflix movies, and a 2.1 Surround Sound system that also is Bluetooth capable. Choose from hundreds of Netflix movies. The Den has a Leather Reclining Sofa, 2 Chairs and an Ottoman. Step out of the Den onto a large Balcony overlooking the 18th hole, the Gulf, and Mobile Bay. We also have High Speed Wireless Internet (WiFi) for your convenience.

This is the perfect family vacation place or romantic getaway! The Beach is large, private and beautiful, sit by the new pool on the beach and watch the waves, play a world class golf course, our Condo is cozy, relaxing and peaceful. You'll make this your home away from home!
